I had Empire come out for an in home estimate on laminate flooring from my kitchen, through my dining and family room, and my hallway. 700 sq ft total. First off the sales rep was very condescending and unprofessional. In the first 1o minutes she made the statement, " well we're not the cheapest" a good 3 times as if she knew what was in my bank account...She told my daughter several times throughout the process, "why dont you take your little brother in his room and play."
