To whom it may concern: I ordered a sample of coffee with free mug back in Sept. 2009. Then before my waiting period was up i called and cancelled any future shipments. when I had received my bank statement they had withdrawn $39.7 0 from my account. then I called again and they told me I would get my refund by Nov 26th, 2009. I got a call from the bank and those same people had withdrawn another $79-00 from my account. this is all on top of the original 2.95 or 4.95 they took to start with.
