This isn't a complaint. It is a compliment. I have to first admit that I've never been contacted by a Collections representative from this Company. This is because, based on advise from a Customer Service Rep, I paid my two trucks off well in advance. Here's how it worked. I asked what my payment would be for a four-year, and a five-year loan.
