About once ever every month the pharmacy FAILS to get my pain prescription filled thru my doctors office. It goes like this: I request the order to be filled early that day. I call Krogers to see if it is ready later that day. Krogers tells me the Dr has not called back/ responded to fax. I call the Dr- they have not received the fax. I call Krogers & tell them the Dr never got tyhe Fax.
