My mother called in for a refill at 9:30 am and was told it would be ready by 11 am. Last month when we went to pick up her prescription at the time we were told it would be ready, they told us they were working on it and it would be another 20 minutes. This time we gave them an extra hour and fifteen minutes before we tried to pick it up. While we were waiting in the drive through for the clerk to check on it another car pulled up.
