Kindergarten quality support, wasted $%%#ing hours on their chat. Promised 3 times to email solution to my problem, nothing ever came. Support staff ask you to wait and claim they are reading previous chats but they're just sitting around drinking coffee because their questions prove they don't read anything. Ask the same stupid standard questions on each chat. Misleading advertising leads you to believe that you can call overseas to family and friends for free but you can't.
