We purchased a Silverleaf timeshare at the Fox River (Illinois) Resort on August 15, 2003. We tried using this timeshare at least once and were always told that our use week was not available at any of Silverleaf's resorts, certainly not at our home resort. Silverleaf also charged more than the monthly fee to our credit card for at least most of two entire years, although we notified them and protested. This was only resolved when we involved Illinois' Attorney General. Like so many others, we want out.
