OK. So. I was living with a roommate, and I was moving out of the apartment to Texas. So I called Knology to transfer my subject to my then-roommate. I got the A.O.K. that everything was cool, so I proceeded to move out. Two months later I get phone calls saying that I have a balance of sixty-something dollars, and that if I failed to pay there would be a late charge. Naturally, I called the company to dispute this.
