DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! THEY WILL NEVER CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES NO MATTER HOW MUCH PROOF YOU OR BILL MATRIX SUPPLIES THEM!!! We made two $56.95 payments in December, one on the 17th and one on the 19th. The payment was applied to our account. The one on the 17th was applied to someone else's account. Call after call, faxing information and even a three way call to Bill Matrix by CBS, with Bill Matrix supplying them with all the information to correct the mistake, still no cooperation.
