I order a pair of UGGs for my wife from this website as the prices were terrific. That's the problem - something too good to believe shouldn't be believed. I never received an order confirmation and I sent over 7 emails through the website from customer service to returns without a single reply returned. The company has no other means to contact it other than the website. Since they never answer an email you can forget returns. I will be asking my credit card company to stop payment immediately.
