I ordered this company's starter kit--which was supposed to be free--and paid the $9.95 shipping fee. I did not join anything or ask to receive any further products, but they charged my debit card $89.95 and $29.95 within just a few weeks that I was not aware of and subsequently overdrafted my account. All of their contact means (phone, and fax) listed are either not working, or say their V-mail is full.
