I was hit by a driver insured with this company 39 days ago. I am so fed up with the lies being told to me by Michael Brandon, claims specialist. I was question like I was at fault. (I was stopped at a redlight) He also asked me if a Ford Excursion was a compact car. I have a Ford Excursion and my first rental was a Ford Edge (minature in comparison) There are several reasons that I have a large vehicle with 4wheel drive. I am now driving a minivan.
