This company requires a 2-year contract, much like a cell phone contract and charges $20/month until the end of your agreement if this contract is cancelled early. This is supposedly disclosed in their service agreement, so check this carefully if you consider this company. I never received mine in the mail, but that is supposedly my fault as well according to DirecTV.
