I ordered a table from Door Store in AUGUST 2009 and now it is Christmas time. After waiting from August until November 15 with their continuous lies about delays in the order, I finally had enough and told them that I wanted a refund. The store manager at their 17th Street Chelsea location told me he would process a refund but it would take 4-6 weeks because I had paid by debit card (so they've got my money!) and they would send me a check by mail.
