I placed an online order for a Canon SD780-IS (red) for $128 with free shipping. The description page listed availability as "usually ships in 1 to 2 business days". The next day I received an e-mail saying they needed to confirm with me via telephone. When I called, they said they were surprised that I had not ordered the rechargeable battery and recharger as they did not come with the camera.
