I went to CVS to buy gift cards for my nieces for Xmas. I purchasedd several gift cards. I got home later and it struck me that I had paid more than the what the cards totaled. It was a brain cramp on my part. I looked at the receipt and saw I was charged a $5 fee per card. I am PAYING Amer Express to use their gift cards. That is immoral-vile-and should be illegal.
