Northstyle.com has a virtually non-existent customer service department. I called them repeatedly for help with an item I needed to return and was put on hold for 20 - 30 minutes each time. In frustration, I emailed them 4 times - this was 3 weeks ago. No response! If you like to buy clothing on-line, may I suggest coldwatercreek.com.
