Buyer Beware! Do Not Use PayPal to purchase goods or services. They state they have a "Buyer Protection" Policy, but it is truly bogus. They will not go after fraudulent compaines selling products that is NOT what was described. Purchase ONLY by credit card. At least credit cards will chargeback, if it is a fraudlent company selling bogus goods or services. Again, do not use PayPal payment services to purchase goods. read full review »
