I called last week and spoke to a rep. and said that my phone had no dail tone every time it rain i have no service. They then told me someone will be out Friday .Friday came no one was out Saturday came they came out and said they were not able to fix the problem and that i had top call the office i pay my bill every month and to be without phone service is not good so i will be calling Monday to see what other lie they will gave me i will be going to another company read full review »
