Chuck scammed me and my family. He posted his Marriott timeshare for the Marriott Summit Watch at Park City on Craigslist. He told me he was a Marriott rewards member and he had timeshare there. We mailed him checks for 2 weeks - Christmas week ($1415) and 1 week in January for Sundance ($560). He cashed them and sent us Marriott confirmation numbers and Marriott confirmed them. We checked in and found out Chuck is not a Marriott rewards member so he could not have booked our reservation using his member's time. So we were charged full price - $700 a night.
