I purchased what was supposed to be UGG leather boots, US size 9. The boots were about a size 7 and the size tag inside was tampered with. The boots may not even be authentic UGGs. I have another pair of UGG leather boots that are actually a 9 that are about an inch larger than the ones I bought from ladyemall. They are refusing to make the exchange for the correct size. read full review »
