BBT claims to be a hometown small bank. Well they have gotten WAY to big for their pants. They now won't remove overdraft fees even on 5.00 overdraft items which they in turn charge 35.00 per item to the customer unless you have the proper BANKING relationship with them. I.E lots of money in their back earning you 1%! They have become just as greedy as Bank of America and the big banks.
