I purchased this printer 13 months ago. Now I have a hardware problem and the printer does not work. No warranty, replacement options. The printer is used in a home and not heavily. I have owned 6 printers in the past and 3 computers for HP. This is the worst service and product I have ever seen. I guess I will start looking for a new (not HP) printer. read full review »
