On November 18, 2009, I was charged $24.95 for a membership that I never signed up for nor authorized charges to be taken out of my account. When I called to request the $24.95 be refunded back and the unauthorized membership be cancelled which they did refund me back for the November charges. However, when I was reviewing my account online, I noticed another $24.95 charged was taken out of my account after I requested the unauthorized membership to be cancelled.
