I have been trying since Dec 18th to contact someone regarding my payment recent subscription plan change. There is absolutely no website other than the one to pay your bill. The only way to contact them is if you drive to a service center. That is what I did on the 18th attempting to make instant payment before my phone was disconnected. I was told the store only took cash for payment. While there, I asked them to change my plan(wanted to decrease amount and was told that would be taken care of.
