I have purchased this healthmaster with great anticipation after a month or two hardly using it, it started changing speeds by itself, smoking then burnt out. i authorized a $29.00 charge to my credit card for shipping, in order to receive a replacement base, I have invested quite a lot of money for this appliance and still have not received it since Oct 29, 2009 original date customer service said they would sent it!!
