I sent my xbox 360 in for repair december the first i was told that it would be returned in two to three weeks. Its now been three weeks. I have called to check the status and have been told that it has already been sent out so i waited called back and was told the agent was mistaken. I was promised the xbox will be returned before christmas which now seems very unlikely since it would have to be sent out by today to make it here. This is my 3rd xbox 360 i have sent in.
