I found a charge of $16.95 on my credit card from a company by the name of American Leisure. I phoned them and fought to have the charges reversed. After about 10 minutes of badgering me they finally agreed to reverse the charges. I contacted my back immediatly and stated once the charges were reversed I should block my current card and have new ones issued. Also, I was to write them a letter about the unauthized charge and to block any further charges to my account. I did this via email, their website, US mail and by fax.
