I placed two orders for chargers etc for my new htc hero phones, and got a payment processed email from paypal but nothing from the company. I sent repeated emails to them but no response. I finally got hold of a live person calling the phone number on their website (not the one listed in the paypal transaction page). The person who answered was obviously interrupted from a coffee break or doing her nails or some other much more important task, but did condescend to assist me.
