I joined Lucille Roberts in 2007. I signed a 1 year contract at 20.00 a month. I paid my bill in full, at the end of the 12 months my contract was up and I received a receipt with a 0. balance. I was told by the rep that I had nothing more to worry about as far as a bill goes. Today, in 2009, I get a call from Lucille Roberts telling me that I owe over 325.00 because I had never called or emailed them to cancel my membership.
