I received a coffee maker in December for Christmas. As of June 7th it is no longer working. I look in the owners manual and it states that "it is under warranty for two years from the date of purchase, return it to any Sears store or other Kenmore outlet in the United States." I took it to the Sears store from which it was purchased and the manger said he can't take it back even though I have a receipt because Kenmore is not their company.
