I purchased a Trane in 09/05 in 11/07 the heat pump went out and tech came out to fix it had to order part and pay 150.00 labor charge. Now, in 06/08 air cond is not working have gone 2 wks without air sd it was the reversing valve had to order part waited 1 1/2 wk. When they came out different tech put in part and chgd 589.00 for labor because parts are covered by warranty. Guess what!! Not working barely blows cold air..
