I placed a phone order on a Friday and paid by Credit Card for a next day delivery. They never showed up, so by Saturday afternoon I phoned to inquire. They said they had no order for delivery for me and if I wanted oil I had to pay an extra $65 dollar fee. As it was already Saturday evening and a storm was coming, I had no choice but to pay again!
