HH Gregg messed up a kitchen installation. Bottom-line is that they drilled unecessary (and huge) holes in my new custom cabinets then only to find the appliance didn't fit. At first, they gave me a free hood to hide the damage and substituted the built-in microwave for a free standing. I told them I didn't want a free standing one because I didn't think it would fit so I wanted that money back. They told me to hold on to it until the kitchen was done and then if I didn't want it, I could return it. About six months later... read full review »
