This is what they care about at Leslies. I was at the Leslies in Hollywood, FL and was at the counter when I witnessed the gentleman at the counter showing another employee how much he had sold. He told me I needed Alkalinity and proceeded to bring me two buckets of Alkalinity. Since I questioned their tactics at this point, I got a second opinion at another store where they told me my alkalinity was just a little low.
