This email that I sent to the company only hints at my frustrations. Of course I have not heard back. "The service on this order was completely unacceptable. I ordered three items on December 11. As of December 21 the status on one of the items was still shown as "IN STOCK". It was not until I called to complain that it got picked up off of a shelf and mailed. I will not have it in time for Christmas and someone will be disappointed. I have shopped online through various sites this year and MLB was by far the least efficient. To... read full review »
