I went to buy a tire for my car at Sears. My bill was $210 and my card did not work. Shocked and embarassed and humiliated that I had to ask someone I know for use of their credit card. I called customer service when I got home and spoke to a manager. The manager also said that when they cancelled cards, she told Sears customers should be notified. The card was cancelled because it had not been used in awhile. I buy tires on the card.
