My father was approached by a sales rep for Iowa Steak Co and decided to pick up 3 cases of steaks. The meat was terrible and as tough as shoe leather. My father tried several times for them to pick up the rest of the meat and resolve his complaint. I later got involved with management as to why nothing had been resolved for three months. My phone calls were never returned and I had to keep calling Iowa Steak Co trying to get answers. We finally had a rep come to our house to pick up the meat and give us a refund.
