Ordered a 10 inch statue. They shipped it loose in a box with no package protection--no bubblewrap, packing peanuts, nothing. Also box did not state "handle with care" or similar. Well gee it arrived broken what a shock. They accept no exchanges nor returns, take no responsibility, and won't refund my money. So basically SOL. Checking into legality of this. Thwy won't return messages and accept no responsibility. They also accept no returns and if I send it back they will charge me a 20% restocking fee. Yes that senetence makes no sense but that gives you a perfect idea of the lousy seller. read full review »
