Ordered a DVD. recieved email stating the DVD was out of stock and would ship as soon as comes in. Received this same email notice three times. Fourth email cancelled order stating that DVD was unavailable to ship. I did not realize I was being charged 19.95 per month in a stealth charge to my Credit Card account. Went through a lengthy 'on hold' wait to be hung-up on (dail tone) when my time came up to talk to rep. I immediately called my Credit Card fraud dept. to report this scam. read full review »
