My wife and I were sold a Sealand Travel Club package under false pretenses. Three times we were told the hotel rates were not discounted off the "Rack Rate." This is not true, the discounts are based on the rack rate. When I confronted the manager for a refund, he refused stating, "You signed a contract with a no cancellation clause."
