I was offered a free 2 week trial of Dazzle white - a pen that you apply to your teeth to make them whiter. On accepting the offer I was then hit up for the delivery charge of $12.90, which is how they get your credit card number. The item arrived and I wasn't too concerned that there was no receipt, as I had received the product.
