The new FSC paper on the cigarettes are suppose to be safer but in reality they are more dangerous for the simple fact that when you do have to relight the cigarettes, you end up losing a big chunk of the tobacco because of the fire ball it produces. That fire ball will fall onto you, your clothes and will either burn you or start a fire. I don't know how this so called "New Fire Safe" paper could be anything than more dangerous.
