You would think a company that prides itself on TRUE American clothing would have a staff to live up to those standards! NO! I placed an order 12/17 and it arrived today. To my surprise I received someone elses' order. So naturally I called customer service so I could get the correct information. Another SHOCK, rude customer rep.
