On December 12, 2010, an unauthorized debit transaction was made on my JPMorgan/Chase VISA card in the amount of $24.95 for membership fees with MVQ. The following day, December 13, 2010, another transaction of $19.99 for another membership fee with INT*IDPROTECT was made on the same account.
