I am so livid at the moment. First of all, my anger began months ago when I first booked my flight from Detroit to Orlando (with a layover in Atlanta) and was unable to get a seat confirmation. My fears were realized today Dec. 22, 2009, when as I arrived at the ticket counter to check my bag (and check in with my family) that I encountered problems that ultimately caused me to miss my flight (AirTran flight to Atlanta 143).
