I have a charge from www.unitedtel.com on my phone bill, the charges came from ESBI.I did not have any idea who unitedtel was or who ESBI was untill I got this phone bill.I am disabled, I have a lifeline phone installed with a block on long distance calling. I do not understand how some company I never heard of can just get ESBI to bill me when it is fraud. ESBI should have to account for allowing such activity. I know, anything to make a buck.
