PETCO has been a nightmare. A simple problem has taken 7 months with little result. PETCO promises a free bag of dog food after ten purchases. Mine was due last May! The corporate office in San Diego refuses to connect customers to anyone but their out-sourced customer service line in Philippines. By calling extensions at random, I've only reached Accts. Receiv. staff..Very nice people, but they received little help from their C.S. staff. I did receive a letter with no return address or logo, with a "gift card."... read full review »
