Riverside Pediatrics' billing department is the worst place to deal with. I received their service in January. As there was some glitch when the insurance add my new born baby to their file, they didn't receive the payment from insurance co. They sent me a bill. I talked to the insurance co and found the glitch then called Riverside asking to file the claims again but they refused to do it. Since then they keep sending me a bill. The insurance co said they would pay full amount if they received the proper claim. Riverside's billing department person is very mean and gives me such an attitude whenever I called her. read full review »
