I purchased 800 sf of click lock laminate flooring for $1300. Upon installation and inspection of the product and a consult from a professional installer it was determined that the product was defective. The ends snapped when installed causing the floors to lift and gap. I contacted the company and sent photographs, they replied by saying it was my problem and it must be something we were doing. The flooring litterially snapped with the press of a finger! I am very disappointed. Purchase at your own risk and know that if there is a problem you will be hung out to dry! read full review »
